At Legacy Business Printing we take every step necessary to assure a good experience. We realize, however, that returns do occur sometimes. Our Stock Orders generally ship within 1 day after your order is processed. Depending on the shipping option chosen, they normally take 2-5 days to arrive. Orders are processed Monday-Friday during regular business hours.
You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date.
Prepare and ship your return
- Prepare your package for return.
Pack your item securely, inserting any paperwork that was included when you received your item. Include information received about your return from the Legacy Business Printing Returns Center. If you don’t have the original product packaging, use a sturdy box and include padding such as packing bubbles or newspaper. Attach your return label to the package.
- Ship your return based on the return shipping option you selected.
For items with customization options, including any product configurations, image personalization, text inscriptions, or designs (such as engravings, monograms, embroidery, or embossing):
- You must notify us within 7 days of receipt.
- If the item contains personal configuration, inscription, or design on these products, we are not required to accept returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival.
- If there is a misspelling or error in the configuration, inscription, or design due to a mistake by you, you are not protected by our return policy.
- All product packaging (such as boxes) must be returned with the item.
